Security Land Building Renovation

Originally built in the 1970’s, the Security Land Building was renovated for its new purpose as a business process outsourcing center. The project included improved space planning and a modern façade to match its new function. This called for the application of perforated metal panels to the building’s exterior, arranged in a pattern of disconnected segments of vertical lines, giving the structure a contemporary look. The whole undertaking was accomplished within a tight budget, and the building was successfully leased out after completion.
