E&L Cold Storage Facility

The E&L Cold Storage Facility is a 3-storey structure with commercial and tenant spaces on the ground floor, office spaces on the mezzanine floor, and a cold storage on the second floor that can accommodate fourteen 180 SQM modular freezer compartments on its 3,754 SQM footprint.

Situated on a sloping site along Marcos highway in Antipolo, the cold storage is elevated from the main road and is accessed by a service road on the second floor level. Insulated wall panels is used for the cold storage while the facade consist of metal panels and glass.
