This 3-level mixed-use complex is Ayala Land’s first foray in Cagayan de Oro in partnership with the Florendo family. The complex consists of a BPO block and Ayala’s home-grown Seda hotel brand. The three-level mall boasts of four modern cinemas and the Centrio Garden – an alfresco area built around two 60-year old Acacia trees. This indoor park, equipped with a children’s playground, has become Centrio Mall’s premier attraction, making it the first eco-aware and child-friendly shopping destination in the city.
