The ground breaking ceremonies for the T-Hotel at Tierra Lorenzo in San Fernando Pampanga was held on September 29, 2017. Rchitects, Inc designed the 23 stories condotel in contemporary style in line with the theme of the Tierra Lorenzo masterplanned development. Set on a North-South axis to minimize sun exposure, the T-hotel features brick and stucco finish with expansive glass panels and balconies to provide views of the Sierra Madre mountain range on the North East, and a 360 deg view of the verdant plains of Pampanga. T-Hotel boasts of 5-star amenities as an infinity pool, gym, Spa, Specialty Restaurants and a Grand Ballroom that can seat 500 guests.

T-Hotel will be the first of a series of residential structures to be constructed in Tierra Lorenzo, a mixed-use masterplanned development in a 4 has property owned by Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation.
