The Datem Headquarters Building will stand as the first high-rise structure along C5. It will have a slanting curtain wall façade to give it a modern look, and will utilize “split-level parking” to maximize the depth of its foundations. The building will represent Datem’s arrival as a major player in the construction industry, having pioneered many unique building systems.
