Renowned architect Jose Pedro Recio, the man behind RCHITECTS, Inc., was tapped by Picar to beef up the edifice's structural engineering, while interior designer Ivy and Cynthia Almario of Atelier Almario worked their magic to provide functional luxury to the project.
