Operations Assistant


·Processing of purchase request
·Processing quotation request to suppliers
·Processing purchase order of office supplies
·Reviewing of inventories and order as required
·Dispensing and monitoring of office supplies
·In-charge of office assets
·Maintaining confidentiality of reports
·Department Secretarial and clerical work
·Updating SAP inputs
·Encoding and Filing of incoming and outgoing transmittals
·Providing assistance to Admin
·Other tasks that may be assigned


·Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
·At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·Required Skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Office
·Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
·Must be keen to details
·Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
·Worked in an Architectural firm is an advantage
·Can start ASAP
